ah, birds - they are lovely.

reminds me just a little bit of the starbursts that monarch butterflies make on occassion when they're hibernating. they cling to trees by the thousands, sleeping, and then one of 'em might have a little twitch or hiccup and that startles the ones close to them and the ones close to those - etc. and create a starburst of butterflies - i'll have to get a picture next year...

that top pic looks like a Goldfish cracker... anyway, who says a plague of locusts is better than fireworks? they could well be insects...

btw, the Fat Dog Stout is very stout indeed... like drinking bitter maple syrup... takes a few sips to acclimate the palate, then it's heaven...

Do you see any resemblance between the photos you posted and marine life- like jelly fish, or a school of fish?

Just thought that was curious- it almost looks as if this is in water.
