I am hoping you werent driving as you filmed! lol

Looks like a fabulous day there. I think Trout likes that convertible as much as I like mine! (Owning a convertible is my favorite part of living in Florida!)

Happy Mute Monday!

artfulsub: shes great in the car...but wild in the field. wild! insane dog. (i wish i could upload the REAL version of this video...with all the juicy effects..but its too big that way) happy MM!

~d: hey back atcha! yes that pup is precious...we almost gave her to some full time country people it was so difficult to get her citified....but look! shes doing great. thanks for coming by and Happy MM!

vaniiiillle: your package came back. and yeah...mr she! he calls himself my "grip" grrrerhahaha trout has never left the car but we shouldnt get complacent cause she would leave if she saw a cat. we need to keep her leashed even in the car. but dont she ride pretty?

I can deal with you riding in a convertible after I just traded mine in.

I can even adjust to the fact that you listened to OUR song with another dawg.

But footage of ... ATLANTA?!

It's a good thing I'm the forgiving type.

aunty: DC? doan bring nuthin back on yer fur!

anonymous boxer: everyone was lucky on that ride!

/t: right! im comin over to talk about red skeleton/howwwwl

msplace: so you know its a lovely street (at times) and you can choose to run (or swim when the humidity is high)

kate: insane dog rides pretty. paradoxical trout.

puerileuwaite: what? you dont love the dirty south? sure atlanta sucks...but its MY sucks so watch your smashmouth or i'll straighten out that ringlet tail

love the cameo appearance by mr. she. when my afghan hounds were that age, they would not have behaved so well ... go on you. ah ~ but she's a hound, so that means she's part krazy.

atlanta ... not a bad looking city. sometime you will have to tell me how the olympics affected the city ... i wonder what it will be like for vancouver.

have a good week.

good luck with your show prep and all (that's coming up very soon, ain't it?).

Appropo of nothing, your good pal Tom Collichio who is going to "straighten you out" in Atlanta, is getting quite a roasting here:

Hint: It partly involves putting MOZZARELLA cheese on GRITS!

At first, I thought it would be really cool for thought bubbles to appear over Trout's head, but then I realized that would sorta negate the purpose of Mute Monday. Trout's curiousity about the passing surroundings is so accute, you can almost feel it.

On a different note, for some reason I feel compelled to ask if your auto insurance is up to date.

Fox Theater - site of the Lynyrd Skynyrd live album...

when my family had a dog I would only allow the window to be slightly open... once when I wasn't in the car she flew out the open window during a turn and landed on a major street... I'd be nervous with a dog in a convertible, but that's just me... I'm sure she loved it!

new post at my place, btw

It is great if you have the kind of dog that really drools a lot, say a ST Bernard or something. It keeps other cars off your tail...
