I'm just not this good when I'm avoiding work. I stay on the couch watching The History Channel... which is what I'm doing today.

YOU manage to post beauty. I learned why they call it "weed".

:-)

And I'm even worse than AB. I read crap magazines when I'm avoiding work.

I don't necessarily love the world, but I love all dogs. So maybe I sneak in there through the back door somehow.

I await your new rap.

leigh: i was going to wait until i transmorgified my blog after painting 10 to put up an ETSY button, but i added it to my sidebar today! i will watch tonight. thanks for your visit to the yard.

iamnot: (soft) grrrrrrrrrr. thank you.

Moi: this is insane. how can there be so many who do not love the world? because it is not utopia? i can not NOT love the world; especially today.

new rap? did you see the one at trolls?

anonymous: i still dont understand. how did they arrive at that word?

Well, I love the world itself. Just not everyone IN it. But I'm not as bad as some. Mostly a glass half full, make lemonade, no crying in baseball kind of gal, with only occasional bouts of indignant foot stamping.

And, no, haven't been to Troll's yet. I had a feeling you'd have something to say over there :o) Scooting on over now . . .

if it's what I;m thinking, it's because it falls under the same classification as "weeds"....

If you pay a hundred dollars for a plant, bring it home and buy hundreds of dollars of tools, dirt, and fertilizer, and the danged thing dies?
It's a plant.
If you go out and try to kill it everyday, buy poisons and scorch the earth, shovels to either dig it up or just stand there smashing it with yoiur giant, metal headed bat, and it grows back anyway?
It's a weed.

If it's an illegal substance that the US government can't figure out how to tax (because of their stubborn ineptness) and it remains benign whether smoked or mixed into brownies or cookies (which is what I did for my Ma when she came back from chemo-therapy once) then it's pot.

Heh. Yep, the DOG loves the world. Even people in the world. Thas' why DOG is better'n humans, huh?

Symbolism is ripe.

Who is yore advisor? Ya could have played MM, but the paintin' IS POETRY enough.

Hi She!

I really, really dig this! I had no idea you were an artist.

Based on our previous introduction, indulge me here...but if you put a little mitre on the "canus albus" you might well be able to call him the German Shepherd! (LOL...at my own dorkiness, I know.)

Thanks for inviting me over, I will look around a bit if you don't mind!
